Conditions

By accessing phspi.cam, creating an account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phspi, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with phspi's Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phspi. Your continued use of the platform following any published revision of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the phspi platform and close your account.

phspi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. The effective date of any revision is the date the updated Terms are published on phspi.cam.

To be eligible to hold a phspi account and use phspi's real-money gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are accessing phspi from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of phspi, PAGCOR, or any software provider whose games appear on the phspi platform, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from phspi or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party in connection with your use of the phspi platform.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on the phspi platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identity details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested by phspi for KYC compliance purposes. You agree to update your account information promptly in the event of any change.

phspi reserves the right to conduct identity verification at registration and at any subsequent point. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by phspi will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on your account until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phspi account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (One-Time Password) codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

phspi will never ask you for your password. Any communication claiming to be from phspi and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phspi's support team immediately via Live Chat.

You agree to notify phspi immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phspi will take appropriate steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification. However, phspi is not liable for any losses incurred prior to notification resulting from unauthorized access that occurred due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

phspi implements 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication via OTP, device recognition technology, and automatic session termination after periods of inactivity. These measures supplement but do not replace your own responsibility to maintain account security.

All transactions on the phspi platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). phspi accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment channel.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt by phspi's payment processing system. Processing times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant; bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.

You agree that all funds deposited into your phspi account are from lawful sources and are entirely your own. phspi complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and its implementing rules. phspi may request documentation establishing the source of funds for deposits that exceed applicable reporting thresholds.

Withdrawal requests may only be made by the registered account holder and must be processed to a payment method registered under the same legal name as the phspi account. phspi does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed. phspi may request additional documentation at any point to comply with PAGCOR regulations or AMLA requirements before releasing funds.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Typically 5 to 30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts.
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): 1 to 3 banking business days.
• First withdrawal from a new account: May require additional verification and take up to 24 hours.

phspi reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected on an account, if a withdrawal request would breach applicable reporting thresholds without corresponding documentation, or if there is an outstanding dispute relating to the account.

phspi offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and free bets. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is announced.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus (or winnings derived from bonus funds) may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by promotion and are specified in the applicable promotion terms.

phspi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, provided that modifications will not apply retroactively to bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered by Players in good standing.

All games available on the phspi platform operate on PAGCOR-certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Outcomes of all games are determined by the RNG independently and cannot be influenced, predicted, or manipulated by any party, including phspi.

Game-specific rules are available within each game's interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules, paytable, and house edge of any game before placing real-money wagers.

In the event of a technical error, server disconnection, or any malfunction during a game session, phspi will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state prior to the error. Where restoration is not possible, the affected round will be voided and any wagered amount for that round refunded to the Player's account. phspi is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond those specifically refunded.

phspi reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is found to have been affected by a technical error, software fault, or any other event that compromises the integrity of the game outcome, regardless of whether the error resulted in a displayed win or loss.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account on the phspi platform, whether under the same or different identity information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with phspi's games, betting interface, or platform systems.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity through the phspi platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, bingo, or tournament formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors to gain an advantage that the game's design does not intend to confer.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks against deposits processed through GCash, Maya, or any other payment channel.
• Accessing phspi from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law.
• Allowing any third party to use your phspi account, or using a phspi account registered to another person.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at phspi staff, support agents, or other players through any platform channel.

phspi is committed to promoting responsible gaming as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions. phspi provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Maximum losses permitted within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications at user-defined intervals during active gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary removal of access to real-money gaming for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

phspi's gaming services are intended solely for entertainment by eligible adults. phspi does not market its services to minors and actively promotes responsible gaming practices in all player communications.

All content available on phspi.cam, including but not limited to the phspi name and logo, website design, software, graphics, game interfaces, text, images, audiovisual content, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the proprietary property of phspi or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use phspi's platform and services for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or sublicense any phspi content; modify or create derivative works from any phspi content; scrape, extract, or systematically collect data from phspi.cam by any means; or reverse-engineer any phspi software or game logic.

Any unauthorized use of phspi's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under Philippine intellectual property legislation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phspi's total liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the phspi platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the value of the funds held in your phspi account at the time the relevant claim arose.

phspi shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phspi platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or disruption of business — even if phspi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phspi shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations caused by circumstances beyond phspi's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet or telecommunications failures, acts of government or regulatory bodies, civil unrest, or natural disasters.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit phspi's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phspi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to comply with KYC requirements; PAGCOR instruction; or any other reason that phspi reasonably considers to be in the interest of the platform's integrity or its player community.

You may close your phspi account at any time by contacting phspi's customer support team via Live Chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, net of any pending bonus wagering requirements and subject to completion of KYC verification.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law clauses — shall continue in full force after termination.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the phspi platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact phspi's customer support team to seek informal resolution. phspi will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receiving formal notice.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR through its player dispute resolution process, as provided for under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. For disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

phspi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on phspi.cam with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — phspi will provide advance notice via the registered mobile number or email address associated with your account, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the phspi platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account prior to the effective date of the change.
